Dr. David Boris received a Ph. D. in polymer physics from the University of Rochester in 1997, and had a twenty year career at the Eastman Kodak Company. During that time his persistent search for truth led him on a path from atheist to born again believer in Jesus Christ. For the last 25 years he has served in his church in various capacities including small group leader, youth leader, equipping team chair, prayer team chair, and elder. In 2016 he was retired from his Senior Scientist position. Since then he has undertaken a personal course of seminary studies including learning Hebrew and Greek to prepare for ministry as a pastor.

David met his wife, Linda, when he was 15 and they have been married since 1989. Together they have raised four grown children and enjoy a retirement style of living where their time can be spent in whatever way the Lord leads. David is passionate about reaching young people with the gospel and teaching apologetics. He enjoys volleyball, bible studies, grandparenting, board games, reading, soccer, and writing both fiction and theology.
